Yelena Reznik

Yelena Reznik was born in the small town of Yeysk, Russia, by the Sea of Azov.

Being a very gifted child, she began studying art and music at a young age, becoming proficient enough to be accepted at the Textile Academy in Moscow, the Faculty of Applied Arts. Her major was Fashion Design, but along with the special skills she possesses, she received extensive training in drawing, painting and composition.

After immigrating to the U.S. about 12 years ago, she and her family settled in the Atlanta area. This unlocked the treasure to manifest unique freedom by expressing the combination of mood and movement in her paintings.

Her extensive training in drawing of the human body, familiarity with periods and stylization in art, gives her an advantage in the interpretations of her own ideas.

More than 200 of her works have been sold to private clients, dealers and galleries.
